The space

The condo sleeps up to 4 guests and was completely renovated in 2018. The unit has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. A sleeper sofa is located in the Living room area. The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils and pots/pans for your use. Kitchen features a confection oven, stove top and refrigerator. The Unit has 1 full bathroom. Linens, towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Guest access

Oak Leaf Condos has a coin laundry located on the third floor for guest use. Oak Square has a seasonal outdoor pool and a year round heated indoor pool. The unit has cable and wifi. Frequently Asked Questions: 1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. 2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags. 3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot. 4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed. 5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date. 6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in any time after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure. 7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. 8. Is there parking for more than one vehicle?- The unit has a one car-carport dedicated to the townhouse. There is other parking spaces available around the complex for other vehicles.

Other details

You will receive a door code and directions to the condo about 2-5 days prior to your check in date. Please visit the Condo office when arriving to pick up a parking pass for the length of your stay. If the office is closed when you arrive it will be okay to park without one, check the next morning to obtain a parking pass.
